Swedish food supplier Scandelicious and restaurant Glas at Borough Market is owned and run by Anna Mosesson, Swedish food expert and food writer. Her gourmet swedish food restaurant in Aldeburgh was described by the Sunday Times as one of the best in Britain, and The Week said it was one of the best places to have lunch in the country.

Scandelicious swedish cuisine is also now available by post, at Borough Market in London, delivered to parties and for private dining.

Swedish food specialities include swedish fish, gravlax, smoked eel, swedish meatballs, spiced herrings, Janssons Temptation and other fine foods from Sweden.
